Reflexology

Reflexology

Reflexology is a complementary therapy which is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists believe that working on these points or areas aids relaxation and helps improve wellbeing.

Ever increasing stress levels in our day to day lives have an impact on our well being. It is important to take the time to counter these pressures. Reflexology is a wonderful way to relax and ease any tension away from our fast paced lives. Deep relaxation and a reduction in stress can bring an improved sense of wellbeing.

Amanda Lamboura

Amanda Lamboura graduated from the London School of Reflexology in 2014. She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and is also DBS registered.

She was first inspired by reflexology following a course of treatment for ill health. Amanda was amazed at how much the reflexologist could tell from touching her feel and the improvement noted following treatment.

Amanda’s bespoke style of reflexology employs a gentle approach. Therefore treatments are not only effective in stimulating self healing, but also have the added benefit of offering an intensely relaxing experience. Common problems managed include:

  • Respiratory- including asthma
  • Digestive
  • Headaches including migraines
  • Stress-related issues
  • Hormonal imbalance
  • Skin dermatology
  • Pain Management including joint and nerve pain
  • Pre-conception, pregnancy and post natal support

Amanda also specialises in facial reflexology which improves circulation, nerve conditions and muscle tone, whilst also promoting healing within the body.

Throughout a course of treatment, clients will also notice a smoother more toned complexion with a reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. The result is a healthy glow on the outside and wellbeing within.
